Who is behind this
We build the software. We run it. You own nothing you don't want.
ElasticGrowth is built by RoboticForce, a software company in Kingston, Ontario. Four products running in production, three open-source tools, all of it public and checkable.
We're new to plumbing, and that's on purpose. We're taking on three shops this quarter and building each install by hand. That means founder-level attention and a free build instead of a sales pitch.
You own the setup. If you stop, your number stays yours and the workflows are handed over. No lock-in, no contract.
Straight answers
Do I have to change my number?
No. Your number stays the same. Only the calls you don't answer get forwarded to us.
What does it sound like?
Natural, not a phone tree. You can listen to every call, and we tune it with you in the first week.
What if it books a job I can't take?
You set the rules before we switch it on: hours, service area, job types you don't want. It works inside those rules.
What happens after the 30 days?
We send the report and have one call. If you want to keep it, it's $397 a month and you can cancel any time. If not, we switch it off.
What's the catch?
There isn't one hiding in a contract. You give us no card details. We ask for one thing at the end: permission to share your results, or to keep them private if you prefer.
